What can I do to get the things I want in life?

Hi Everyone,
We all want harmony and peace in our lives. You also have dreams,desires and goals you want to achieve. Also have a lifestyles that suits your personality.
You may visualise, imagine, repeat positive affirmations and yet nothing happens for you. So in frustration you give up. Hang on a second. You have forgotten something!
For your desires to manifest physically, you first of all need to release suppressed negative emotions and negative belief systems, that you have deeply implanted in your mind. It seems, as some mind scientists tell us; that at about the age of 5 we start to learn how to suppress "things" we don't want to deal with especially emotional hurts. Some of us get more proficient at it than others. Hence the difficulty in releasing negative emotions in adult life.
The next dilemma you may face, which is not often talked about - is why do the things that I don't want to happen actually happen? Well this is the time when you really have to be steadfast in your faith and, belief in yourself, if you want your desire to manifest. You simply don't give up your dreams, just keep releasing the negative and build on the positive.
If it rains - you can't stop it. If a friend dies - you cant stop it. I could go on and on about the things you just don't have control over. The one thing that you have control over is You. Your attitudes and your belief systems can change. Easier said than done! That's were practise comes in. You just don't do a particular exercise a few times then expect an immediate result.

Self Talk For Releasing Negative Emotions

Hi Everyone,
Here, is a short and simple technique to release negative emotions. As was discussed last week the importance of releasing suppressed emotions, please try and be consistent with this method.
Think of a negative emotion. Admit you have it.
Invite it into your thoughts.
Ask yourself. Do I want to keep this negative emotion which is causing me Misery? Say. No.
Ask yourself. Do I want to release this negative emotion? Say. Yes.
Ask yourself. Can I release this negative emotion? Say Yes.
Ask yourself. When do I want to release this negative emotion? Say. Now.
Please note, it is better to be specific on the type of negative emotion you want to release. Example, anxiety when meeting people.Then repeat that.
To Release: Breath in deeply (through the nose). Then with your mind and intention release the negative emotion whilst breathing out forcibly through your mouth. Drop your shoulders and relax. Keep repeating until you are feeling relaxed at ease and the negative does not bother you any more.

What's Stopping Your Success?

Hi Everyone,
Today, I want to share with you a simple but profound message.
Your mind is like a computer. What you key into it or put into itis what you get out. I am sure the majority of you agree with thisstatement. You can only get out what you have programmed into yourcomputer. If you keep trying to access something that is not in yourcomputer - you will definitely not be able to retrieve anything thatis not there.
You see your mind is like that. It only stores what you have fed it.It relies on past experiences and how you reacted to that particularexperience. Therefore, when you are trying to look for an answer toyour problem, it will always come up with past results. It can't do anything else. You are actually searching in an empty file.
So you need to put in your memory bank (mind) a new program(belief system). Now just like a computer, if it has a virus no matter what program you put into it - it will not work at leastnot properly.
You need to RELEASE, take the virus out,for the new program towork. So it is with your mind. Which in many cases are full ofviruses (suppressed negative emotions and beliefs). Until they areall or at least a majority released, no matter how hard you try - your success in any of your endeavours will almost be impossible.
So now you know one major reason why things are not working for youIt's all about about RELEASE. More on that later.Until next time.

Your Speech and Thoughts

Hi Everyone,
This wil be only a short message.Next time you hear someone talk, notice the words they use. You willfind that people who use positive words, will more than likely havepositive thoughts. Whilst people that use negative words, willentertain negative thoughts. Then if you can delve into their livesand checkout their lifestyles. You should notice a big difference.
One will attract a greater percentage of positive events in theirlife and the other will attract more negative outcomes.
You don't have to guess which one has a more contented and fulfilling life
I want you to repeat as often as you can the following, for at leasta week. And then notice if there is ny change in our attitude, towards others, events and circumstances n your life. Here it goes
" I trust all things that unfold to be a choose to experience and to learn from. And I allow others to do the same"
