We all want harmony and peace in our lives. You also have dreams,desires and goals you want to achieve. Also have a lifestyles that suits your personality.
You may visualise, imagine, repeat positive affirmations and yet nothing happens for you. So in frustration you give up. Hang on a second. You have forgotten something!
For your desires to manifest physically, you first of all need to release suppressed negative emotions and negative belief systems, that you have deeply implanted in your mind. It seems, as some mind scientists tell us; that at about the age of 5 we start to learn how to suppress "things" we don't want to deal with especially emotional hurts. Some of us get more proficient at it than others. Hence the difficulty in releasing negative emotions in adult life.
The next dilemma you may face, which is not often talked about - is why do the things that I don't want to happen actually happen? Well this is the time when you really have to be steadfast in your faith and, belief in yourself, if you want your desire to manifest. You simply don't give up your dreams, just keep releasing the negative and build on the positive.
If it rains - you can't stop it. If a friend dies - you cant stop it. I could go on and on about the things you just don't have control over. The one thing that you have control over is You. Your attitudes and your belief systems can change. Easier said than done! That's were practise comes in. You just don't do a particular exercise a few times then expect an immediate result.
