Hi Everyone,
Here, is a short and simple technique to release negative emotions. As was discussed last week the importance of releasing suppressed emotions, please try and be consistent with this method.
Think of a negative emotion. Admit you have it.
Invite it into your thoughts.
Ask yourself. Do I want to keep this negative emotion which is causing me Misery? Say. No.
Ask yourself. Do I want to release this negative emotion? Say. Yes.
Ask yourself. Can I release this negative emotion? Say Yes.
Ask yourself. When do I want to release this negative emotion? Say. Now.
Please note, it is better to be specific on the type of negative emotion you want to release. Example, anxiety when meeting people.Then repeat that.
To Release: Breath in deeply (through the nose). Then with your mind and intention release the negative emotion whilst breathing out forcibly through your mouth. Drop your shoulders and relax. Keep repeating until you are feeling relaxed at ease and the negative does not bother you any more.
