Anxiety/Stress

Hi Everyone. If you start feeling Anxiety/Stress, just hold your temples; on one side of temple with your thumb with two fingers (index and middle fingers). Breath deeply whilst thinking about the issue/s causing the anxiety or stress. Release is felt usually by a sense of calmness peace,or the issue/s just don't bother you any more.
