conquer depression

Hi, you can conquer depression, it's actually quite simple. I have been there. Hint, keep drinking water every hour, this hydrates you, when you are dehydrated you just add more stress. The first thing you must do, is to start reducing stress. And most importantly have faith and believe that those tormenting feeling you are experiencing will pass.
