What was all this telling me? Forgive?
Hi Everyone,
Paul came to see me the other day (not his real name). He complained that he always felt physically unbalanced. Whenever he was standing he felt as if he was going to fall. I suggested he see a doctor first and get checked out, which he did. His results showed everything was in order. This further added to his confusion. Also, due to the strain of trying to keep his balance, Paul developed neck and back pain; his calf muscles gave him a lot of discomfort and in his own words. “My calf muscles at times just lock up, cramp and feel as solid as a rock”
He spent countless sessions and lots of money in trying to elevate his symptoms. The symptoms just persisted. Paul further developed, anxiety and stress always, thinking he was about to have a heart attack or stroke. At times panic got the best of him. What’s more he was desperate to accomplish his goals, both academic and in spots. It was at this time Paul decided to see me.
It soon became apparent to me that Paul harbored a lot of anger and resentment, towards some of his lectures and people he hung out with; including himself. This has been going on for years. Anytime he got anxious, stressed, angry or felt fear the first thing he noticed was that his physical balance becomes severely affected. What an indicator I thought to myself. His mind and body energy systems became so distorted that it also affected his nervous system. I then explained to Paul, that when you get angry you get in the way of allowing your creative power to help you achieve your goals and as a result you don’t move forward.
If you’re carrying anger then you’re setting up barriers for yourself. When you continue to carry anger you create more barriers and in the end you end up moving further away from improving your life and achieving your goals all because you choose to get angry and blame everybody and everything for your predicament; stay angry or carry anger everyday.
Your creative power is at work constantly but the fuel that drives that power is not anger. Its compassion, understanding, love, goodwill, inner peace and Balance. Anger stalls the creative process. Anger is like putting sugar in the gas tank of your car; it will not only stall your car it will destroy your engine (your mind). Similarly, carrying anger will not only stall your life, but has a potential to destroy it.
I then got Paul to do a simple exercise. I told Paul to let go of his anger and resentment, as best he can, for each person that he is blaming for his condition. Then in his mind to forgive them, again as best he can. This included anger towards himself. (This is most important). It was almost miraculous, how he virtually felt his balance come back almost instantly. From Paul’s story, I hope you can see that forgiveness, especially forgiving yourself; plays a large part in releasing negative emotions and healing to take place.

Simple but Effective
Simply but Effective.
Hi Everyone,
Today I want to give you a technique, which I have used successfully, not only on myself, but on my clients as well. It’s one way you can release negative feelings and thoughts. Firstly, think of a negative feeling that is bothering you. Try to be specific. For example, picture the incident in full color, use you’re other senses, bring in touch, smell and sound. Was there shouting or other loud noises? Once you have done this – put one hand across your forehead and the other hand holding the back of your head.
Whilst having the picture in your mind; all the feelings and the use of your other senses as well, to the best of your ability.
Without moving your head, look down to your left for about 7 seconds, then down to your right for the same amount of time. Next roll your eyes around from left to right then right to left. Then move your eyes, looking straight ahead from side to side very quickly for about 20 seconds. Don’t hold your breath, just breath steadily. When completed see how you feel. Repeat if necessary, until the negative feeling does not bother you anymore. Let me how you go.

You are already Perfect...............
You are already Perfect………..
Hi Everyone,
Please don’t be surprised if I tell you, that you are already perfect. Everything you need you already posses. Where you are at the moment, is exactly what you attracted, but not necessarily planned. What were your dominating thoughts and feelings? What did you focus on the most?
As many of you are aware by now, that you can read and do countless courses, and still not have the successes in your life you are yearning for. You still keep repeating that same old negative patterns. Blaming everything outside you for your failures, anxiety, stress, anger, depression, lack of money, relationships. I could go on for ever.
Until you go to where your power resides, it’s not going to happen. The power source is within you. Yes you can change your thoughts, feelings and your beliefs to attract what you want in life. Concentrate and focus on what you want only. Don’t give a second thought to what you do not want.
You will the view things in a completely different way and, have a greater chance of manifesting what you want in your life. You will gain emotional stability and emotional wellbeing – success then follows.
