Simple but Effective

Simply but Effective.

Hi Everyone,
Today I want to give you a technique, which I have used successfully, not only on myself, but on my clients as well. It’s one way you can release negative feelings and thoughts. Firstly, think of a negative feeling that is bothering you. Try to be specific. For example, picture the incident in full color, use you’re other senses, bring in touch, smell and sound. Was there shouting or other loud noises? Once you have done this – put one hand across your forehead and the other hand holding the back of your head.
Whilst having the picture in your mind; all the feelings and the use of your other senses as well, to the best of your ability.
Without moving your head, look down to your left for about 7 seconds, then down to your right for the same amount of time. Next roll your eyes around from left to right then right to left. Then move your eyes, looking straight ahead from side to side very quickly for about 20 seconds. Don’t hold your breath, just breath steadily. When completed see how you feel. Repeat if necessary, until the negative feeling does not bother you anymore. Let me how you go.
