Hi Everyone,
Because fear plays such a fundamental role in our lives we shouldacknowledge it and turn it into a friend instead of a foe. Somefears we must learn to live with because they can help us.Equally others can only injure and hamper us. Like anger and hope,fear is one of the basic human emotions which have played anextremely important part in our survival as a species.
Basically, fear is a strong emotional reaction that occurs in thepresence of real or imagined danger. It automatically sets up a "fight or flight" response - we either stand our ground and dealwith the perceived danger head on or run away from it, putting as much distance from it as we possibly can. Clear Your Negative Emotions First

Hi everyone,
Perhaps like I do you get lots of mails promising you riches beyondyour wildest dreams and, at that in record time.
These and similar claims do annoy me. If it was so simple why is itthat not everybody is not wealthy. In the past I must admit, I have tried some of those programs. Sure you pay for and get the basics,then you have to upgrade. You are then told that if you get this super duper next product. With the latest technology proven beyondreasonable doubt, with lots of testimonials to prove it, that verysoon you will be making lots of money as the people in the testimonials do. It seemed to me that the only people that were getting rich, were the people endorsing the products and, the companywith all its promises. Whilst I was getting poorer.
I have had clients, that literally used up all their cards $10000,$15000 and in some cases more, to follow these illusive promises ofriches. This would depress anybody. And it has to many of my Clint's.Some were depressed, therefore very vulnerable, before they started.Hoping to get out of debt, then finding they were getting furtherinto debt. This only made them more depressed. Others got depressedafter realizing he amount of money they lost.
If ever you are going to enter a project or business, you must beand I emphasis this, 100% emotionally positively "switched on".Any negative emotions, depression, anxiety. phobias etc are a sureway to invite failure, or at least make it very difficult for you.
In the first place, by being in a negative emotional state. Makingthe right decisions is almost near impossible.You can read all the latest "How to make money" books. You can follow all the Universal Laws as stated in the "Secret" one beingThe Law of Attraction which definitely works. However, if you are ina negative frame of mind. Guess what! You will attract more negativity and failure.
Release all negative emotions. (Negative emotions are blokes to your success and are actually telling you that you are not living yourlegacy). Once you have positive emotional wellbeing - You can then move forward towards your bliss. You will be much clearer and calmer tobe able to discern what is a good deal and what is not a good deal for you.

Do any of these effect your depression?

Here are points you may want to consider when examining your emotionalwellbeing, especially depression. There are 9 here.Rank each 1 to 10. If you score below 5 for any of the below scores,You will need to attend to it.Here we go:
1. Your Health - are you in a state of physical and well-being,which is characterized by the absence of disease, disability andpain. Where you can do things with ease, pleasure and joy.
2. Affirmation - do you experience being recognized as an adequate,acceptable, desirable and loveable human being.
3. Do you experience Companionship - that shares concerns, interestsand activities with people whose company you enjoy, without judgement.
4. Intimacy - do you experience a relationship that already involvesaffirmation and companionship. Where you share your thoughts,emotions and experiences that could embarrassing or lead to ridicule or rejection, but your relationship continues to remain affirming.A love that is non-judgemental.
5. Do you have Money - that will provide you with the goods andservices that you require. Do you have money to pay your bills?
6. Do you have a Rewarding - occupation where you enjoy the tasksinvolved, are competent at performing those tasks and experience a sense of accomplishment from a job well done. And you feel that themoney you get is sufficient. If you are retired, do you have thefeelings, but without the monetary gain?
7. Do you feel you have the freedom to do when you want nd when you want. The ability to think freely, to express your own ideas and to initiate courses of action without the fear that engaging in personally fulfilling behaviour will prompt some unjustified verbal or physical aggression in response?
8. Are your willing and opened to disregard destructive Habits - and to form new Habits that will better serve you? It has been scientifically shown that it takes about 21 days for a new habit to be acquired.
9. Security - do you feel physically safe as well as confident in your ability to obtain or maintain the other 8 points.

Resolutions - why wait

Hi everyone,
Wishing you all a very happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.
It seems almost everyone is making some sort of New Year resolution.If you had presenting issues during the year, why wait till New Years day, it's as if by some kind of "magic" that on this dayproblems will be resolved. No such luck.
My best advice would be that as soon as a problem arises, deal withit immediately.For if just keep constantly thinking about yourproblem you give it more energy and growth. Which will only make itharder to deal with at a later date.
Throughout the year I will be sending you info; how to overcome some negative emotions and bad habits. I will also include some healthand wellbeing hints.Till next time.
