Do any of these effect your depression?

Here are points you may want to consider when examining your emotionalwellbeing, especially depression. There are 9 here.Rank each 1 to 10. If you score below 5 for any of the below scores,You will need to attend to it.Here we go:
1. Your Health - are you in a state of physical and well-being,which is characterized by the absence of disease, disability andpain. Where you can do things with ease, pleasure and joy.
2. Affirmation - do you experience being recognized as an adequate,acceptable, desirable and loveable human being.
3. Do you experience Companionship - that shares concerns, interestsand activities with people whose company you enjoy, without judgement.
4. Intimacy - do you experience a relationship that already involvesaffirmation and companionship. Where you share your thoughts,emotions and experiences that could embarrassing or lead to ridicule or rejection, but your relationship continues to remain affirming.A love that is non-judgemental.
5. Do you have Money - that will provide you with the goods andservices that you require. Do you have money to pay your bills?
6. Do you have a Rewarding - occupation where you enjoy the tasksinvolved, are competent at performing those tasks and experience a sense of accomplishment from a job well done. And you feel that themoney you get is sufficient. If you are retired, do you have thefeelings, but without the monetary gain?
7. Do you feel you have the freedom to do when you want nd when you want. The ability to think freely, to express your own ideas and to initiate courses of action without the fear that engaging in personally fulfilling behaviour will prompt some unjustified verbal or physical aggression in response?
8. Are your willing and opened to disregard destructive Habits - and to form new Habits that will better serve you? It has been scientifically shown that it takes about 21 days for a new habit to be acquired.
9. Security - do you feel physically safe as well as confident in your ability to obtain or maintain the other 8 points.
