Guilt

Hi Everyone.Guilt - what a powerfully means of control is this emotion. In manycases your guilt was instilled in you by the "powers to be".Governments, Religions, Parents, Teachers, and many otherorganizations. In fact any institution that is in power, wants to stay in poweror wants to gain power. Their whole aim is to influence you thinkingfor their own advantage. How do you think advertising works! Yes guilt again. If you don't buy this,or do that you will suffer in in some way. You or your family.Guilt can and does lead to a more devastating result - Depression.Guilt traps you into feelings of being inadequate. You are just notgood enough till you succumb to the desires of others, who have in most cases more power over you.Guilt, because it involves fear - a very powerful emotion as well prevents you "From becoming the person you must Become". And that isthe real you. So it's the people that escape this constant feelings of guilt, live happier, healthier and successful lives.

Gratitude

Hi Everyone, The emotion of gratitude is one positive giant associated withemotional wellbeing.To many times, we tend to concentrate on what we don't have and what we want in our lives. More money, better relationships, itseems we are forever wanting. If we are in one place we want to bein another.Sure there is nothing wrong with wanting or desiring something, itonly becomes a problem when you become so obsessed with it that youlose the present moment.It is the present moment that you can find peace and happiness.
Having a grateful attitude for what you already posses, will fillyour life with joy.
One of the great, little known secrets with gratefulness is thatit attracts more of the same.Let me explain: quite simply,if you are constantly grateful you willattract other things in your life that you can be grateful for.
I suggest you try it. I mean you seriously try it, then be grateful when you get what you have so desired.

Your Emotions and Your Organs

Greetings, there has been research that has found 60 to 65% of heartcells are actually neural cells,not muscle cells as previouslybelieved. They are identical to the neural cells in the brain with the same kind of neurotransmitters which are also found in the brain. There is constant communication between the heart and brain,translating information from both from the inside and outside environments. This happens because it can keep the body working as one harmonious whole. The heart in fact responds to messages sentfrom the brain,and vice versa as well.In my experience I have seen this to be the case, not only with the heart brain connection, but with all organs of the body. Emotionsconnected to particular organs in the body is very common. Whereorgans actually respond to your thoughts and emotions. Positiveemotions/thought help keep organs healthy. On the contrary negativethoughts/emotions can produce quite devastating results.For example; the emotion of fear effects the kidneys. Have you everexperienced real fear, then felt a throbbing in your kidney area.The emotion of worry can effect your pancreas. My father ran a business, and I remember him constantly worrying about money. He tried his best to hid it, by suppressing his true feelings, at allcosts.He ended up dying of pancreatic cancer. There are heaps of other examples I could give you, but suffice to say "Watch yor Thoughts"Now please don't get all upset and start to worry. Emotional Wellbeing is an attainable goal. The main function between emotionsand body organs is communication. Which can easily be attended tooPlease note; that other factors would have been involved with myfathers pancreatic cancer.I suggest that not only should you eat what is good for you, but perhaps more importantly. Keep your thought in check.Think all things positive.Till next time.

Anxiety/Stress

Hi Everyone. If you start feeling Anxiety/Stress, just hold your temples; on one side of temple with your thumb with two fingers (index and middle fingers). Breath deeply whilst thinking about the issue/s causing the anxiety or stress. Release is felt usually by a sense of calmness peace,or the issue/s just don't bother you any more.
