Technology has been using it and does quite well with all it’s inventions; there are all types of gadgets, TV, computers, mobiles, etc. The body is still viewed in the Newtonian model where all body parts including the mind are separate and each part has its own mechanical job to do, so if something does not work, cut it out then replace it. The workings go in a linear fashion A = B = C = D so if B is not working properly just replace it. Of course at times we do need this kind of intervention where there are life threatening situations, and modern medicine does an absolutely great job in this regard.   &lt;br /&gt;It does not generally believe that the mind and body have in fact an innate intelligence to be able to bring about healing and that everything is interconnected.&lt;br /&gt;Quantum physics is based on viewing everything as made up of energy and studies the building blocks of the universe. A good example would be our body it’s made up of cells – cells are made up of molecules – molecules are made up of atoms – atoms are made up of sub – atomic particles, protons neutrons and electrons and these are made up of energy packets sometimes called quanta these particles are not objects as such. They are ‘probabilities of existence ’. They are also wave – like and particle – like at the same time. So these sub – atomic particles are not made up of energy, they are energy. The ways these particles are grouped together determine what we see them as in the physical state. Be it a house a person or anything else.&lt;br /&gt;The energy exists as waves spread out over space and time. Only when you make an observation do these waves become particles localized as a space – time event, a particle at a particular ‘time and place’. As soon as you withdraw observation, they become a wave again. So it’s your intention that literally creates that object as a space – time event. Now you see it now you don’t. Just imagine what your thoughts (which are energy) can do to create your own reality to get exactly what you want manifested in your life.&lt;br /&gt;Einstein’s famous formula E = M (C squared). Tells us that matter is energy and energy is matter at the same time and C Squared the speed of light is an integral component of energy, light is either absorbed or released when a new substance is destroyed or formed. Destroy does not mean obliteration but a conversation form one form of energy to anther. Hence nothing really dies. If we donate C = consciousness we can see from the formula that the greater the consciousness the greater will be the energy. All together this produces how you view the world.&lt;br /&gt;Wanting also implies “lack of “because if you want something, it effectively means you don’t have it, it implies scarcity. Wanting then, actually keeps that what you want away from you.&lt;br /&gt;What you are telling your subconscious is that “you lack” and because the subconscious only communicates in pictures; and you hold this picture of want, it will do all it can to fulfill your desire. No wonder you are not getting what you “want”. So what do you do?  The next time you “want” something, for example; you get very anxious when you are with a group of people. And you want to stop being anxious under these conditions.&lt;br /&gt;Tell yourself. “I allow myself to feel completely relaxed, at ease and full of confidence when I am with groups of people”. Then visualize yourself being with a crowd of people, see yourself as being happy, smiling and grateful that you are anxiety free when you are with groups of people. Do this often enough and you will see an amazing change in yourself. Try this process on anything you desire to have changed. You will very soon experience, how really beautiful the world can be.&lt;br /&gt;Until next time. We first observe others in how they treat and react towards us, before we put any kind of trust in them.&lt;br /&gt;However, if you look at trust on another level, you maybe surprised at its positive attributes and gains it can offer you.&lt;br /&gt;Trust can take you towards happy desired outcomes in seemingly magically, effortless ways. Trust yourself and your power to manifest want you desire becomes a lot more powerful. Trust the gifts and talents you have and what these wish to bestow upon you. Trust the doors that are opening and those that are closing. This process actually starts before conception by theDNA passed on to us by our parents (and even further back toour ancestors). Our physical and emotional experiences start inthe womb where cellular memory dictates how we will view ourworld as soon as we are born. We now make choices on how wesee the world around us and how we choose to understand it. Amyriad of reactions occur in our blood chemistry, nervous systemand energy system. From then on something happens in yourmake-up which creates a reaction to what is happening aroundyou. As life goes on you perceive your world within the context ofthe things you have learned to be truths and which are rewardingand protective at various levels of consciousness.If you view a certain event as having negative connotations then,as things happen in your environment, you see those events inthat negative mind frame. In other words, you interpret thingsnegatively to fit your view of the world and your environment.Each time that you experience similar situations they tend toreinforce and confirm what you already believe to be true. Itbecomes ingrained in all your five senses - you actually see it,hear it, feel it, smell it, and feel emotion with it. You eventuallybecome so inured to the emotional patterning that you are noteven aware of its presence and how it affects your views andattitudes to people, places and things. The negative emotions arenow trapped in your energy field and seek release or expression,most often as a disease state.Until next time. It is used by many establishments and organizations to purposefully control you and dictate how you should think and act. Advertisers, also use fear, to make you buy their product. For example, if you don’t buy product X you could end up with high cholesterol which then could lead to a heart attack; can you see the picture, can you feel their intent and does this sound familiar to you.&lt;br /&gt;Fear stops you from progressing. It stops you from changing your job, get into a business, travel, form a relationship and much more. Fear closes all doors to success and blocks your growth.&lt;br /&gt;On a global scope. Many times it’s ignorance of other cultures and religions that have breed Fear, that at times culminated in war and suffering.&lt;br /&gt;I want you to think about the following and drop me a line if you wish. “When you fear, you actually want that what you fear to happen” Now you’re in control, it’s here that you can at least do something about your fear. Release, let go of it, because if you don’t, what your fear could very well appear. By the way have you noticed that 99% of the time what you feared never happened? Unless you really want it to happed. What you resist will persist, so it’s better to release.&lt;br /&gt;What do the words of FEAR stand for?&lt;br /&gt;False Evidence Appearing Real   So how do you want to see or feel FEAR?&lt;br /&gt;Until next time. For you can do much more with a friend, who can assist you to get positive results, than a foe who wants to destroy you. Some fears we must learn to live with ( becoming very comfortable with their presence) and others without, because some can help us and others can only injure and hamper us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here is the place where we get down to definitions. Exactly just what is fear and how does it operate in an individual?&lt;br /&gt;Like anger and hope, fear is one of the basic human passions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is a strong reaction that arises in the presence of real or fancied danger – a reaction that urges its subject to run away from the threatening evil. The spontaneous expression of fear is in the fight or flight mode or some combination of the two.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fear, like all human passions, has its purpose. The purpose of fear is to enable us to flee from impending menace. If flight is out of the question, as it often is, fear arouses both mind and body so that they can fight the battle that will be required. You needed take a second look at the history of man kind to be convinced that we are not rabbits who can run into a burrow when fear strikes. Nor are we ostriches who can bury their heads in the sand when danger arises. Mother isn’t always there for us to run into hiding behind her skirts. We have had to learn different strategies to cope and at times quite quickly.&lt;br /&gt;We are rational human beings  with work to do and responsibilities to assume, even if and when fear seeps into our physical, emotional, and spiritual fibers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;According to the usual opinion of some psychologists, fear is at the bottom of most of our unhappiness. It shatters our sleep or turns the night into a nightmare. It poisons our days and makes us tense, irritable and inefficient. It drains us altogether of all initiative or enthusiasm to do or dare. When we do get serious about overhauling our emotions, we find that fear is far oftener destructive and demoralizing than constructive and vitalizing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fear makes us do things we know we don’t want to do and omit other things we know we should do. Fear is the root cause of most shirking of duty, starting a new venture and dodging of responsibilities.&lt;br /&gt;It is one of the strongest forces that make us behave the way we do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A Long Procession of Fears&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If we can find some empty hours some afternoon, we might profitably ask ourselves a few questions. Such as –&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Are we sure we are not afraid of black cats , walking under a ladders, Fridays, and the number thirteen? I am sure you can come up with more. Do we strive to get hold of a rabbit’s foot, or a crystal as a good luck charm, forgetting that little foot when it stopped hopping around with the other three? Are we so afraid of the worst that can happen that we enable a dozen fortune tellers to get rich at our expense? Are we so distrustful of fact that we are all connected to the same creator that created the universe and that we are made of the same “stuff”&lt;br /&gt;that can help us, including faith in our own aware some powers. That we need to shrink from undertaking anything big in either the material world or the spiritual realm?&lt;br /&gt;As in some respects like the four year – old boy desperately afraid of elevators and just as afraid to have his fear found out? Maybe you have heard about the time he held fast to his mother’s skirt all the way up the elevator in the store. When it came to stop, He bowed to the operator and piped, “ Thank you. I had a perfectly marvelous time.”&lt;br /&gt;In our fear – ridden era, there thousands like the four year old. They try to persuade themselves and the rest of the world that they are having “ a perfectly marvelous time.” Tear off the bold bluff, and you get some idea of the long procession of fears they are trailing along. Which one do you choose? Which ones work? You can try them all, but that could be quite expensive, however, at &lt;a href="http://www.mindeze.com/"&gt;www.mindeze.com&lt;/a&gt; we use self muscle testing (many varieties) to tell you which method would be most suitable for you. At &lt;a href="http://www.mindeze.com/"&gt;www.mindeze.com&lt;/a&gt;  uses a variety of methods as in EMT (emotional mindeze therapy)&lt;br /&gt;The next best thing would be to look at different methods offered, and then go with the one you are attracted too and feel more comfortable with, at least for now.&lt;br /&gt;However, I would be a bit careful if a claim is made by one of the proponents, of a particular method, telling you that only their technique works.&lt;br /&gt;Please note, if you are not prepared to change, i.e. release negative emotions so as to experience emotional wellbeing; no method or technique will work or at least it will be less as effective. If that’s the case. I suggest you address that issue and clear what’s blocking you form wanting to feel better, then you will find you will be more open to the therapy. Of course any good therapy would address this in the first instant.&lt;br /&gt;Finally, whatever method you choose, to get positive results – you must be consistent and persistent. Never Give Up. Boy did he have it hard. Yet survived and triumphed. I have read his book and I recommend you get it as well. A great story, where he shares his innermost thoughts and struggles with bipolar disease. Forgive?</title><content type='html'>What was all this telling me? Forgive?&lt;br /&gt;Hi Everyone,&lt;br /&gt;Paul came to see me the other day (not his real name). He complained that he always felt physically unbalanced. Whenever he was standing he felt as if he was going to fall. I suggested he see a doctor first and get checked out, which he did. His results showed everything was in order. This further added to his confusion. Also, due to the strain of trying to keep his balance, Paul developed neck and back pain; his calf muscles gave him a lot of discomfort and in his own words. “My calf muscles at times just lock up, cramp and feel as solid as a rock”&lt;br /&gt;He spent countless sessions and lots of money in trying to elevate his symptoms. The symptoms just persisted. Paul further developed, anxiety and stress always, thinking he was about to have a heart attack or stroke. At times panic got the best of him. What’s more he was desperate to accomplish his goals, both academic and in spots. It was at this time Paul decided to see me.&lt;br /&gt;It soon became apparent to me that Paul harbored a lot of anger and resentment, towards some of his lectures and people he hung out with; including himself. This has been going on for years. Anytime he got anxious, stressed, angry or felt fear the first thing he noticed was that his physical balance becomes severely affected. What an indicator I thought to myself. His mind and body energy systems became so distorted that it also affected his nervous system. I then explained to Paul, that when you get angry you get in the way of allowing your creative power to help you achieve your goals and as a result you don’t move forward.&lt;br /&gt;If you’re carrying anger then you’re setting up barriers for yourself. When you continue to carry anger you create more barriers and in the end you end up moving further away from improving your life and achieving your goals all because you choose to get angry and blame everybody and everything for your predicament; stay angry or carry anger everyday. &lt;br /&gt;Your creative power is at work constantly but the fuel that drives that power is not anger. Its compassion, understanding, love, goodwill, inner peace and Balance. Anger stalls the creative process. Anger is like putting sugar in the gas tank of your car; it will not only stall your car it will destroy your engine (your mind). Similarly, carrying anger will not only stall your life, but has a potential to destroy it.&lt;br /&gt;I then got Paul to do a simple exercise. I told Paul to let go of his anger and resentment, as best he can, for each person that he is blaming for his condition. Then in his mind to forgive them, again as best he can. This included anger towards himself. (This is most important). It was almost miraculous, how he virtually felt his balance come back almost instantly. From Paul’s story, I hope you can see that forgiveness, especially forgiving yourself; plays a large part in releasing negative emotions and healing to take place.&lt;br /&gt;By the way look out for next week’s newsletter. It’s one way you can release negative feelings and thoughts. Firstly, think of a negative feeling that is bothering you. Try to be specific. For example, picture the incident in full color, use you’re other senses, bring in touch, smell and sound. Was there shouting or other loud noises? Once you have done this – put one hand across your forehead and the other hand holding the back of your head.&lt;br /&gt;Whilst having the picture in your mind; all the feelings and the use of your other senses as well, to the best of your ability.&lt;br /&gt;Without moving your head, look down to your left for about 7 seconds, then down to your right for the same amount of time. Next roll your eyes around from left to right then right to left. Then move your eyes, looking straight ahead from side to side very quickly for about 20 seconds. Don’t hold your breath, just breath steadily. When completed see how you feel. Repeat if necessary, until the negative feeling does not bother you anymore. Everything you need you already posses. Where you are at the moment, is exactly what you attracted, but not necessarily planned. What were your dominating thoughts and feelings? What did you focus on the most?&lt;br /&gt;As many of you are aware by now, that you can read and do countless courses, and still not have the successes in your life you are yearning for. You still keep repeating that same old negative patterns. Blaming everything outside you for your failures, anxiety, stress, anger, depression, lack of money, relationships. I could go on for ever.&lt;br /&gt;Until you go to where your power resides, it’s not going to happen. The power source is within you. Yes you can change your thoughts, feelings and your beliefs to attract what you want in life. Concentrate and focus on what you want only. Don’t give a second thought to what you do not want.&lt;br /&gt;You will the view things in a completely different way and, have a greater chance of manifesting what you want in your life. People, who suffer from depression and have some kind of spiritual affiliation, do by far heal quicker in most cases. Today, I am going to share with you a story of hope.&lt;br /&gt;The Piano Lesson&lt;br /&gt;Wishing to encourage her young son’s progress on the piano, a mother took the small boy to a Paderewski concert. After they were seated, the mother spotted a friend in the audience and walked down the aisle to greet her. Seizing the opportunity to explore the wonders of the concert hall, the little boy rose and eventually explored his way through a door marked&lt;br /&gt;“NO ADMITTANCE”.&lt;br /&gt;When the house lights dimmed and the concert was about to begin, the mother returned to her seat and discovered that her son was missing. Suddenly, the curtains parted and the spotlights focused on the impressive Steinway on stage. In horror, the mother saw her little boy sitting at the keyboard, innocently picking out “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star”. At that moment, the great piano master made his entrance, quickly moved to the piano, and whispered in the boy’s ear. “Don’t quit. Keep playing”, then learning over, Paderewski reached down with his left hand and began filling in a bass part. Soon his right arm reached around to the other side of the child and he added a running obligation. Together, the old master and the young novice transformed  a frightening situation into a wonderful creative experience.&lt;br /&gt;The audience was mesmerized.&lt;br /&gt;Author unknown&lt;br /&gt;That is the way it is with God. What we accomplish on our own is hardly noteworthy. We try our best, but the results aren’t exactly graceful flowing music. But with the hand of the Master, whispering in your ear, “Don’t quit. Keep playing”. Feel his loving arms around you. Know that his strong hands are playing the concerto of your life with you. Remember, God doesn’t call the equipped; He equips the called. And He’ll always be there to love and guide you on to great things. But somehow have that deep profound feeling; you could be missing out, on the possibility that “things” could be heaps better. Are you able to recognize opportunities that at times are around you? Or are you so entrenched in negative thoughts and feelings, that you missing your potential to live a life of your dreams. Let me illustrate this with a short story.&lt;br /&gt;There was a village in a far distant land, where the men would fish mostly throughout the night; and the women would sell the catch to neighboring villages during the day.&lt;br /&gt;The women would carry the fish in baskets which they skillfully balanced on their heads, going from village to village. One particular day they decided to go to a village that they have never visited. This village was a day’s walk away, but they felt it would be worth the effort.  They in fact were looking at ways to increase their market.&lt;br /&gt;On arriving on the outskirts of the village, it was already late and started to get dark. They decided to find somewhere to sleep, and then go into the village next day to sell their fish.&lt;br /&gt;After searching for some time, they found a beautiful meadow. Soft grass they could lie on, beautiful smelling flowers, a stream flowing nearby, birds singing, the aroma was exquisite and a gentle warm breeze comforting their tired bodies. They all lay down to sleep.&lt;br /&gt;However much they tried, they just could not fall asleep. Until one of the women suggested that they put the baskets of rotting fish near their heads. And sure enough they fell asleep.&lt;br /&gt;You see, they were so comfortable with the smell of stinking fish being very near them – they found it impossible, to appreciate other beautiful surroundings that they could relish in.&lt;br /&gt;Are you going to release your stinking negative thoughts and emotions that are holding you back? Physical tension builds up in your chest, your chest muscles then contract. Hence you are forced to breath shorter, shaper and swallower.&lt;br /&gt;If this consistent type of breathing consists – you will feel fatigued, your error rates will increase, emotional tension, forgetfulness, anxiety/panic attacks and the real possibility of depression setting in.  On the physical side of things onset of asthma, more prevalent to colds and the increase in neck and shoulder pains, and the more serious an increase in blood pressure.&lt;br /&gt;Stress Happens Because of You. It does not happen to you. It’s your call in the end.&lt;br /&gt;It’s your belief system that dictates your response to situations. Its habits that you have created that your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing are affected and how you respond to stressful events.&lt;br /&gt;Try doing the following when ever you feel stressed.&lt;br /&gt;Breathe in to the count of 3 and breathe out to the count of 7. Wow if they only had Mindeze-EMT to help them.&lt;br /&gt;Thomas Edison.&lt;br /&gt;The Man credited for changing the world most dramatically leading tothe twentieth - century. His invention of the light bulb, the phonograph, the first effective motion - picture camera and more.That has changed our lives for ever. In the process, Edison almost went bankrupt twice: once in his twenties while inventing the lightglobe and later, near sixty, while working on an unsuccessful iron-ore ext rating procedure.But Edison was used to recovering from failures. When asked by a newspaper reporter. "How does it feel to have failed making a lightglobe 10000 times. Edison's response was no they were not failures,but 9900 ways that did not work"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Walt Disney&lt;br /&gt;Creator of a multitude of imm-mortal cartoon characters including Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck. His television show "The Wonderful World of Disney" and animated movies that became blockbusters.Walt Disney started with pennies in his pocket and was often near bankruptcy while clawing his way from he ground up. The legacy of his struggles is a man whose vision became part of a global culture.And one of history's most successful companies on the New York Stock Exchange. So that each image that you percieve forms and changes your brain on a physical level. It's from here that your mind constructs what you would call reality.&lt;br /&gt;For instance lets take one of your senses - sight. Your eyes see something then transmits the image to your brain. Depending on your past experiences, your brain interprets the signals and tells you what you are seeing.&lt;br /&gt;Your interpretation of health, emotional wellbeing and lets add prosperity (this goes for everything) is very closely affected by what you imagine, visulize, desire or fear and reject - which is also tied up with your beliefs and expectations. All learnt whenyou were growing up.&lt;br /&gt;It is in this deep subconscious mind that you are responding too, good or bad. If your dreams and lifestyle is not what you would like it to be at the moment. You can be sure your subonscious mind is the source of what is holding you back. You can always unlearn and learn that which will serve you.&lt;br /&gt;Now if you only feed your subconscious what you do want, rather than whant you don't want. You also have dreams,desires and goals you want to achieve. Also have a lifestyles that suits your personality.&lt;br /&gt;You may visualise, imagine, repeat positive affirmations and yet nothing happens for you. So in frustration you give up. Hang on a second. You have forgotten something!&lt;br /&gt;For your desires to manifest physically, you first of all need to release suppressed negative emotions and negative belief systems, that you have deeply implanted in your mind. It seems, as some mind scientists tell us; that at about the age of 5 we start to learn how to suppress "things" we don't want to deal with especially emotional hurts. Some of us get more proficient at it than others. Hence the difficulty in releasing negative emotions in adult life.&lt;br /&gt;The next dilemma you may face, which is not often talked about -  is why do the things that I don't want to happen actually happen? Well this is the time when you really have to be steadfast in your faith and, belief in yourself, if you want your desire to manifest. You simply don't give up your dreams, just keep releasing the negative and build on the positive.&lt;br /&gt;If it rains - you can't stop it. If a friend dies - you cant stop it. I could go on and on about the things you just don't have control over. The one thing that you have control over is You. Your attitudes and your belief systems can change. Easier said than done! That's were practise comes in. You just don't do a particular exercise a few times then expect an immediate result.&lt;br /&gt;Just like any successful athlete - they practised, never gave up and won gold in the end. And so can You. As was discussed last week the importance of releasing suppressed emotions, please try and be consistent with this method.&lt;br /&gt;Think of a negative emotion. Admit you have it.&lt;br /&gt;Invite it into your thoughts.&lt;br /&gt;Ask yourself.  Do I want to keep this negative emotion which is causing me Misery? Say. No.&lt;br /&gt;Ask yourself.  Do I want to release this negative emotion? Say. Yes.&lt;br /&gt;Ask yourself.  Can I release this negative emotion? Say Yes.&lt;br /&gt;Ask yourself.  When do I want to release this negative emotion? Say. Now.&lt;br /&gt;Please note, it is better to be specific on the type of negative emotion you want to release. Example, anxiety when meeting people.Then repeat that.&lt;br /&gt;To Release: Breath in deeply (through the nose). Then with your mind and intention release the negative emotion whilst breathing out forcibly through your mouth. Drop your shoulders and relax. What you key into it or put into itis what you get out. I am sure the majority of you agree with thisstatement. You can only get out what you have programmed into yourcomputer. If you keep trying to access something that is not in yourcomputer - you will definitely not be able to retrieve anything thatis not there.&lt;br /&gt;You see your mind is like that. It only stores what you have fed it.It relies on past experiences and how you reacted to that particularexperience. Therefore, when you are trying to look for an answer toyour problem, it will always come up with past results. It can't do anything else. You are actually searching in an empty file.&lt;br /&gt;So you need to put in your memory bank (mind) a new program(belief system). Now just like a computer, if it has a virus no matter what program you put into it - it will not work at leastnot properly.&lt;br /&gt;You need to RELEASE, take the virus out,for the new program towork. So it is with your mind. Which in many cases are full ofviruses (suppressed negative emotions and beliefs). If it was so simple why is itthat not everybody is not wealthy. In the past I must admit, I have tried some of those programs. Sure you pay for and get the basics,then you have to upgrade. You are then told that if you get this super duper next product. With the latest technology proven beyondreasonable doubt, with lots of testimonials to prove it, that verysoon you will be making lots of money as the people in the testimonials do. It seemed to me that the only people that were getting rich, were the people endorsing the products and, the companywith all its promises. Whilst I was getting poorer.&lt;br /&gt;I have had clients, that literally used up all their cards $10000,$15000 and in some cases more, to follow these illusive promises ofriches. This would depress anybody. And it has to many of my Clint's.Some were depressed, therefore very vulnerable, before they started.Hoping to get out of debt, then finding they were getting furtherinto debt. This only made them more depressed. Others got depressedafter realizing he amount of money they lost.&lt;br /&gt;If ever you are going to enter a project or business, you must beand I emphasis this, 100% emotionally positively "switched on".Any negative emotions, depression, anxiety. phobias etc are a sureway to invite failure, or at least make it very difficult for you.&lt;br /&gt;In the first place, by being in a negative emotional state. Makingthe right decisions is almost near impossible.You can read all the latest "How to make money" books. You can follow all the Universal Laws as stated in the "Secret" one beingThe Law of Attraction which definitely works. However, if you are ina negative frame of mind. Guess what! You will attract more negativity and failure.&lt;br /&gt;Release all negative emotions. (Negative emotions are blokes to your success and are actually telling you that you are not living yourlegacy). Once you have positive emotional wellbeing - You can then move forward towards your bliss. Your Health - are you in a state of physical and well-being,which is characterized by the absence of disease, disability andpain. Where you can do things with ease, pleasure and joy.&lt;br /&gt;2. No such luck.&lt;br /&gt;My best advice would be that as soon as a problem arises, deal withit immediately.For if just keep constantly thinking about yourproblem you give it more energy and growth. Well it certainly lives there. How did your depression get there in the first place? Depression canmanifest itself from a large variety of reasons. Anything from additives in our food, to stress that is beyond our capability to deal with. It has a devastating effect on your emotions, throwingthem into turmoil. You feel like a pilot who is flying over a mountainous terrain, during a snow blizzard, without any instruments.and with all engines screaming full throttle. Your fears andanxiety are absolutely out of control.&lt;br /&gt;Goal setting can help you if you suffer from depression. But be careful here.For many of you, when you set goals, you actually identify yourself with that goal.As if all your life depended on it.Then when you fail to reach that goal, you become devastated thendepressed.&lt;br /&gt;You should realise that you are not your goal. You are an individualwho sets goals. Realize that some goals you will achieve and othersyou won't.I suggest that you take the pressure off yourself and alsosee goals as lessons in learning - whether the outcome is successful or not. At least you have an opportunity to refine your goal, and see what actually works. Or when you are held up in any situation.&lt;br /&gt;What do you do?&lt;br /&gt;You would definitely feel annoyance! When you don't keep yourannoyance in check and, just let it run away from you. This is whensome problems may arise. The annoyance escalates to anger. If theanger is prolonged; frustration sets in. If you keep following suchpattern it won't be long before you start developing the initial symptoms of depression.&lt;br /&gt;So be kind with yourself. Next time you need to do something and itseems everything is stopping you. And you feel trapped.Just think of something that can make you laugh or at least smile.Then think of all the great things you have in your life. You canget instant relief by just, breathing slowly and deeply. This will slower your heart rate, help reduce blood pressure, and bring downyour stress level.&lt;br /&gt;Then just go steadily about your business, and take on an attitudethat things will finally eventuate; at exactly the time they are meant to. And that the delay is there for you,only to give yousomething better - idea, direction, or insight.I bet there were times in your life, when you were thankful that what you thought you really wanted did not eventuate. Just think of your old boyfriends of girlfriends. If we are in one place we want to bein another.Sure there is nothing wrong with wanting or desiring something, itonly becomes a problem when you become so obsessed with it that youlose the present moment.It is the present moment that you can find peace and happiness.&lt;br /&gt;Having a grateful attitude for what you already posses, will fillyour life with joy.&lt;br /&gt;One of the great, little known secrets with gratefulness is thatit attracts more of the same.Let me explain: quite simply,if you are constantly grateful you willattract other things in your life that you can be grateful for.&lt;br /&gt;I suggest you try it. They are identical to the neural cells in the brain with the same kind of neurotransmitters which are also found in the brain. There is constant communication between the heart and brain,translating information from both from the inside and outside environments. This happens because it can keep the body working as one harmonious whole. The heart in fact responds to messages sentfrom the brain,and vice versa as well.In my experience I have seen this to be the case, not only with the heart brain connection, but with all organs of the body. Emotionsconnected to particular organs in the body is very common. Whereorgans actually respond to your thoughts and emotions. Positiveemotions/thought help keep organs healthy. On the contrary negativethoughts/emotions can produce quite devastating results.For example; the emotion of fear effects the kidneys. Have you everexperienced real fear, then felt a throbbing in your kidney area.The emotion of worry can effect your pancreas. My father ran a business, and I remember him constantly worrying about money. He tried his best to hid it, by suppressing his true feelings, at allcosts.He ended up dying of pancreatic cancer. There are heaps of other examples I could give you, but suffice to say "Watch yor Thoughts"Now please don't get all upset and start to worry. Emotional Wellbeing is an attainable goal. The main function between emotionsand body organs is communication. Which can easily be attended tooPlease note; that other factors would have been involved with myfathers pancreatic cancer.I suggest that not only should you eat what is good for you, but perhaps more importantly. If you start feeling Anxiety/Stress, just hold your temples; on one side of temple with your thumb with two fingers (index and middle fingers). Breath deeply whilst thinking about the issue/s causing the anxiety or stress. Release is felt usually by a sense of calmness peace,or the issue/s just don't bother you any more. I have been there. Hint, keep drinking water every hour, this hydrates you, when you are dehydrated you just add more stress. The first thing you must do, is to start reducing stress.
